Cookie policy

Last updated October 19, 2026

In short: we only use cookies the site needs to work, like keeping you signed in and holding your tickets while you pay. No tracking or advertising cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can remember something between pages, like the fact that you’re signed in. Browser storage works the same way but stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.

2. Essential cookies

These make the site work, so they can’t be switched off. They’re only set when you use the feature they belong to.

3. Storage in your browser

NameWhat it’s forHow long
themeWhether you chose the light or dark look.Until you clear it
Door scanner listFor organizers and their door staff only: the event’s ticket list, so tickets still scan without internet.Until you clear it

4. Other companies

Cloudflare’s bot check (Turnstile) may set its own cookie when you sign in, sign up or check out, to tell people from automated scripts. Payments happen on Stripe’s secure pages, which use Stripe’s cookies under Stripe’s own policy. Event pages can show a Google Maps map, which may set Google cookies when it loads.

5. Analytics and advertising

We don’t use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add any, they’ll stay off unless you switch them on in Manage cookies.

6. Your choices

You can change your choices at any time in Manage cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser’s settings; if you delete the sign-in cookie you’ll need to sign in again, and a ticket hold or waiting-room place may be lost.
