Questions, answered
Buying tickets
How do I get my tickets?
On screen right after you pay, and by email. If you’re signed in, they’re in My tickets too.
I lost my tickets. How do I get them back?
Use Find my tickets in the menu, or on the sign-in page, and we’ll email you the links.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, until the event starts. Use Transfer on your order. Your friend gets a new ticket and the old QR code stops working.
Selling tickets
How much does it cost to sell tickets?
Free events cost nothing. Paid tickets carry a platform fee of 2.5% + $0.75 per ticket, plus payment processing of 2.9% + $0.30 per order (what Stripe charges for the card). On a $50.00 ticket that's $3.87 in all. You choose whether buyers pay the fees or you cover them.
Do you charge sales tax on my tickets?
Only if you’re registered. Add your GST/HST, QST or Saskatchewan PST number in Wallet and we charge the right tax for each province. It’s paid out with your sales, and you remit it.
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank in Wallet through Stripe. We pay each event out a few days after it ends.
