Refund policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. If the event is cancelled
You get everything you paid back automatically: the tickets, the service fee and the taxes. You don’t need to ask. We email you when the refund is sent, and your tickets stop working.
If you paid by bank debit and the payment hadn’t cleared yet when the event was cancelled, it’s refunded in full as soon as it clears.
2. Cancelling your own order
Each organizer chooses until when buyers can cancel: until the event starts, or up to 1, 7 or 30 days before, or not at all. The event page shows the choice under “Refund policy”, and you keep the terms that applied when you bought, even if the organizer changes them later.
To cancel, open your order (the link in your tickets email, or My tickets) and choose Cancel order. We refund the ticket price and the tax on it. The service fee isn’t refunded.
You can’t cancel an order once a ticket on it has been scanned at the door, or after you’ve transferred a ticket on it to someone else. Free orders can be cancelled until the event starts, which frees your spot for someone else.
3. If the date or venue changes
Your tickets stay valid for the new date or place. If you can’t make it, contact the organizer from the event page; refunds for a changed event are up to them, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
4. Everything else
The organizer sells the tickets and decides on any other refund request: contact them from the event page. If an organizer doesn’t respond, or you think an event wasn’t what was advertised, contact us and we’ll look into it.
5. How long a refund takes
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank: it’s usually faster. While a dispute is open, the tickets on that order don’t work. If the dispute is withdrawn or decided in the organizer’s favour, they work again.
7. Contact
Questions about a refund: hello@fesacticket.com, or our contact form. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
